Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. Creating an account is required to complete a purchase.
It also allows you to save your details, track your orders and create a wishlist.

How do I create an account?

Go to the LOGIN section at the top right of the website, then choose NEW CUSTOMER.
You can also create an account during checkout.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Simply click UNSUBSCRIBE at the bottom of any newsletter email.

How do I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an initial email confirming that we have received your order.
This email does not confirm acceptance.
Once payment is verified and your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Can I add an item to an order I already placed?

Contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will do our best to assist you.

I made a mistake in my delivery information — what should I do?

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with BPOST, DPD, or Mondial Relay, depending on the destination and your selection.

What are the processing times?

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding public holidays and peak periods (up to 72 hours).
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holidays are shipped on the next working day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

My parcel is late or appears stuck — what should I do?

Contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the investigation is complete.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

Within the EU, Belgian VAT (21%) is already included in the price.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees, which must be paid by the recipient.

These fees are non-refundable.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels and security tags attached.

How do I return my order?

  2. Fill in the return/exchange form we will send you.

  3. Choose between refund, exchange or store credit.

  4. Ship your parcel using the carrier of your choice (tracked shipping recommended).

Are return shipping costs my responsibility?

Yes, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, depending on stock availability.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after receiving your returned item.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
