If the order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

10. Delivery

10.1 Delivery Times and Methods

Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier.
They are provided for reference only and delays do not automatically entitle you to compensation.

10.2 Shipping Costs

10.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If delivery fails because the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

• reshipment may be possible at the customer’s expense,

• no refund can be issued for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.

10.4 Transfer of Risk

For customers within the European Union, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you physically receive the package.

11. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

11.1 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• customised or made-to-measure items,

• sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened,

• digital content already downloaded or accessed.

11.2 Return Conditions

To exercise this right:

• items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

11.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• we will issue a refund within 14 days,

• using the same payment method used for the original purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

12. Returns Outside the Withdrawal Period (Faulty or Incorrect Items)

If you receive:

• a faulty item,

• the wrong product,

• or a damaged package,

you must contact us as soon as possible.
We will provide an appropriate solution: replacement, repair, or refund.

13. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products benefit from the statutory legal warranty, including:
