Shipping and returns

1. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using one of the following carriers:

  • the Belgian national postal service (BPOST),

  • the private carrier DPD,

  • or the parcel relay service Mondial Relay.

All accepted orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours, except for made-to-measure items.
Please note that processing times may be extended to 72 hours during busy periods such as sales, holidays, or Christmas.

No orders are processed or shipped on Belgian public holidays or during company holidays.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • adverse weather conditions,

  • transport issues or errors from the carrier,

  • customs inspections or clearance delays.

2. Taxes and Customs Duties

Within the European Union

All prices displayed on the website include 21% Belgian VAT.

Outside the European Union

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to:

  • import duties,

  • customs fees,

  • local taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges must be paid by the recipient for the parcel to clear customs.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimate of these fees, but you may contact your local customs office for more information.

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

3. Returns Policy (14 days)

You may request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.

We only accept returns of items that are:

  • new,

  • unworn,

  • unwashed,

  • with all brand and security tags still attached.

Returns that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the customer.
Items returned without authorization may be refused.

4. How to Return Your Order

Follow the steps below to return your parcel:

  1. Contact us to obtain a return authorization.

  2. Complete the exchange and return form that we will send you.

  3. Choose your return option:

    • Store credit: a voucher valid for 3 months on our online shop.

    • Refund: credited to your original payment method or bank account.

    • Exchange: for another size or colour (subject to availability).

  4. Send your parcel back using the carrier of your choice.

    • We strongly recommend using a tracked and secure shipping method.

    • We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

5. Exchanges

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Any additional customs duties or taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refunds

You may request a refund:

  • to your original payment method, or

  • as a store credit valid for 3 months on our online shop.

Shipping fees are not refundable.
For non-EU shipments, customs duties and taxes cannot be refunded by RAFFAELIEN STUDIO, but you may contact your local customs office directly.

Refunds are issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
